P.S I forgot to mention the location and name of the car wash where that unprofessional [redacted] woman was "Miami car wash in East meadow NY " ---Previous complaint--- "Customer service sucks at that locationI went to wash my car just a few minutes agoI paid almost 40$ for the VIP washAfter the car wash, I inspected it and found that my carpet still had residue from tree branches that got stuck in it and I asked to make sure it they clean it betterThe guy or so called manager said that it can't come outWe went to the cashier and she totally disregard my concern and telling that wathever the worker said was right, and she believed him cause he's been doing that for a long timeAfter I argue that they could easily use a brush and some solution to brush it out, she said they don't have a brushI offered to do it myselfWhen I was ready to raise hell in there, cause at this point I was getting pissed off, the guy took the carpet and went in the back to clean it overWhen I followed him, I saw them doing the exact same thing I said which was using a brushThat [redacted] lazy unprofessional irresponsible thing lied about them not having a brush just to avoid satisfying me as a customerAnd she is putting every customer in the same basketShe is telling me that I'm being difficult and clearly disrespected meSomeone need to teach her about customer service and should be fired or out of businessI will never ever go back to that place and I regret ever step foot there"

"Customer service sucks at that location. I went to wash my car just a few minutes ago. I paid almost 40$ for the VIP wash.
