We entered into a contract with Miami Custom Swimming Pool Corp(MCSPC) on January 27, for the the buildout of a swimming pool at a total cost of $33, The contract details a payment schedule in accordance with the progression/completion of the project To date, we owe $1,
Its been over six months since this project commenced We feel mislead with respect to how MCSPC marketed their work in the first place; they repeatedly highlighted a Day project timeline (this was deliberately left out of the contract) but, moreover, have attempted to resolve numerous issues with respect to the quality of work...to no avail Our concern now is that after paying the remaining $1,due to MCSPC, they will simply wash their hands of any added costs resulting from the poor quality of work/issues described below

- Lack of Communication/Guidance on the project; we've constantly needed to follin order to understand what is happening,
