Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: Regards, M [redacted] My Contract with Chuck at Miami Tan Westlake Village, CA clearly states that it was a month Special, for $a monthI signed up for the Special on 9/27/14, but told Chuck I was leaving on vacation the month of October and to start the MONTH SPECIAL (discounted to $99/month) the end of OctoberIn fact Chuck, the owner, who signed me up, UNDERLINED the MONTH and put the dates at the top of the contract 10/28, 11/& 12/INDICATING WHEN that he would charge my credit cardHe is trying to excuse his overcharge by saying it was a membership fee, for $?? It was an advertised DISCOUNTED special for MONTHS @ $99/MONTH, not MONTHS SPECIAL at a discounted price and not an agreement for any ongoing membership AT THE DISCOUNTED PRICEWhy would he charge me for the month of October, when I told him I would be gone and did not want it started until I returned at the end of October???? My BofA Credit Card Company investigated the overcharge, came to the conclusion that he had overcharged me on my Contract and refunded the 4th payment, I had not agree to in any other contract than this monthHe has had more than one disgruntled customer regarding money mattershe has reported my $to Equifax and I am in the process of clearing it with themReally Chuck, are you this hard up for $99!! I do not appreciated being over charged and I will not pay you what I do not owe youMargaret Stackhouse

MSS*** signed a monthly contract to use our service and agreed to use it on a month commitment! She called her bank and diputed the charges! she received a monthly deal for $a monthWhich would normally cost $a monthShe agreed to the month
commitment if she used it or not! Well she saw otherwise months down the line!

I signed up for the Special on 9/27/14, but told Chuck I was leaving on vacation the month of October and to start the 3 MONTH SPECIAL (discounted to $99/month) the end of October. Review: purchased 20 spray tans @ 400.00 on credit card up front in September 2011. No record is in their computer system of my purchases and the owner ([redacted] and [redacted]) were contacted not once, but twice with an email and my statement attached. At the time of purchase in 2011, no paperwork was given to me to sign other than my purchase receipt and no time limit was discussed with me at the time of purchase. , I would NEVER have paid 400.00 for something like SPRAY TANS if I knew they would delete my information and purchase from their computer system. I was not be given back the total amount of money that put forward or the outstanding number of spray tans. To date, I only used 3/20 tans..I merely wanted what was rightfully owed to me and they did not respond to my letter. I tried to resolve this matter and the owner was completely negligent and basically a thief.Desired Settlement: I asked for either a reimbursement for 320.00 of unused tans or the services of 17 tans.
