My wife went in, and I called the next dayHe denies selling hoodies in the last months, then says he doesnt deny the purchasePolicy isnt clearly posted, it is about as big as this fontThis was and is meant to warn people to go to businessess that have a customer friendly return policy

Response: I'm not sure what Math & Reading skills that you're referring to. No doubt was ever claimed that hoodies were bought by you or a family member from my store, although your receipt does show 05/07/14 as the purchase date.
As previously stated in my last response, no customer had returned to the store trying to return two hoodies. As I am there every day, this never happened. We've had single items brought back and exchanged for similar items or different sizes. This happens all the time. We have a very liberal exchange policy as explained in our posted store policy.
