My husband and I were looking for a boat that weighed less than 1500 lbs. We have a 2011 Ford Escape 4 cylinder SUV. It only has the capability to pull 1500 lbs. or less so we needed to find a smaller boat or pontoon to enjoy playing in the water ways and Lakes here in Ohio. Ed is the Owner of Miamia Valley Marine, Inc. We went in and spoke with him and he suggested a smaller pontoon boat if we could find one. We looked for quite a while but found a 15' x 6' Godfrey mini toon pontoon. I went back and showed Ed pictures of the pontoon boat and he said we chose a very good pontoon. I asked him where we could find seats and a console to rebuild the 1997 Godfrery mini toon. He was very helpful giving me information on where to find new seats and new consoles along with gauges. We found him very helpful and polite. I would recommend anyone looking for a boat or someone to repair their boat that they call Ed at: [redacted] just inside Tipp City, Ohio and on the other side of Huber Heights on Rt. 201. He has many boats waiting to be purchased and is willing to begin to work on your boat right away. The Owner (Ed) is very knowledgeable and friendly and is the best place to take your boat for repair. He is comparable in price with other Marina's, you won't be sorry you took your boat to him. The only draw back is that he is only open to 5:00 pm. I know he isn't open on Sunday but I am not sure if he is open on Saturday half a day or not. I had Miami Valley Marine lift my boat off of the trailer so I could do some trailer work. My trailer work got delayed due to problems with my business. They were very accomadating storing my boat until I could complete the trailer repairs. I will give them more of my business in the future.
