Several problems with dealing with MiCar Collision Center First, during the entire process of pricing, The representative I was working with repeatedly stated that their work was guaranteed for life, which I took as a great deal A few days later, I received a call form MiCar stating that the rust was worse on the fender wells than previously thought, and charges me an additional *** for a total of just over *** When I picked up my vehicle, the hardware for the passenger window was not re-attached, the A/C line brackets were not re-installed and the trim I wanted was not installed, only a couple of pin stripes were in place Within calendar year, the paint of the fender wells start to bubble, so I called and verified the guarantee, and was told that yes, it is a life time guarantee When I returned my vehicle to them, The rep I worked with remembered the truck, but had no paperwork on it on fileThen I was told they only cover rust for ** days, then he proceeded to tell me how he would have done it if they had done it right the first time, and then wanted to charge me another *** to do so, and gaffed off other discrepancies as operator damage
