Review: False advertising. Says they'll deliver guaranteed then don't. They'll take your money though and give you a disconnected CS phone number

Bank statement shows order was paid on 10/1. Contacted via email on 10/6 to ask the status of my order. Email response said still making the costumes and would ship soon. Told on 10/8 again that order would ship soon. Both times said would be guaranteed by Halloween. Shipping takes 20 business days. Checked status via online tracking and it said the order was still being processed as of today 10/15. My order, if it ever ships, will NOT get here by Halloween. They've had several delivery complaints.Desired Settlement: I want a refund.
