The rooms are very nice. The customer service and food is terrible. We had internet problems the entire stay. The food that is most available is overcooked, cold, and we witnessed several food safety violations. We waited over an hour for a table at the buffet. The buffet was ending and we still hadn't been called, they told us that we did not get the buffet. We spoke to a Food and Beverage manager and nothing. He didn't help us find food. We found leftover at one of the cafes. The casino floor service is non-existent. Many employees speak no English. There is no reserved parking for guests so at night on the weekends you cannot find parking. (Like the mall on Black Friday!) I would only stay there again since it is easy to get to Homestead Miami Speedway.
