This company is a total rip offI had a mouse problem in my townhouse basement and called this company in desperationThe owner, who I think calls himself T, came out and said that he could solve the problem, disinfect the basement and put poison down just in caseHe said that he couldn't guarantee the work because I was an attached house and mice can come in from the neighbor's soffittsHe quoted me a price of $1500, of which I paid him half immediately and the other half when the work was doneShortly after the work was completed, I went down the basement and there were three more dead mice on the floorHis workman came out to pick up the mice and determined that there was a small opening where a pipe entered into the house and he filled itA few weeks later I went down the basement, and again there were more dead miceT said that he had told me there was not a guarantee and I asked him if he would come pick up the dead mice and put down more packs of poison so that at least the mice would dieHe sent a workman out to put poison down and charged me $After he left I went down to the basement and there was a dead mouse right there and he didn't pick it upWhen I called him to come back he said he didn't know how he missed itHe missed it because he didn't do anything while he was in the basementI never got my packs of poison eitherHe told me that if I wanted them to come out once a year with poison the charge would be $for the yearLater, a friend of mine recommended an exterminator to come look at the problemHe removed all of the insulation at the top of the walls and discovered about small holes where mice could get inHe filled them in and I have had him come back three times during the last months to check for mice and I am officially mice freeNothing has eaten the bait, no signs of mice or droppingsThis cost me $He told me that there were maybe packets of poison down in the basement, that's how I know that Mice Hunters ripped me offDo not use this company because they don't know what they're doing and if they do know what they're doing then they should be ashamed for the laxness of their workmenI am going to see if they are a member of Revdex.com and if they are I am going to start a conflict reportThey are nothing more than thieves

We had a quarterly contract with a well known Chicago area exterminator for over years They did a great job with insects, but were never able to stop the mice from entering our home through the basement Finally, they recommended Tee at Mice Hunters, because he not only knows how to prevent mice from entering the house, but he's got construction experience and is able to do much more than an exterminator would in terms of structurally blocking the mice from ever entering your house Tee is one of the nicest, kindest gentlemen I have ever had the pleasure of working with He has a plan for checking back to make sure the problem is completely solved, once and for all I can not say enough positive things about his work ethic, his experience, and his expertise! Thanks to him, our problem is finally solved

This company is not professional and not honest. I heard some noise in my attic and thought it was mouse so I called them. A guy come to my house next day, check my attic , and told "sure it is mouse". He also checked my house and want to install some metal shields around my house, and give me a quote nearly ~ 2000. I contacted another rodent company for some second opinion, and they saw a raccoon and found a big hole at the corner of my attic. The second company was very honest and told me they don't do raccoons and did not charge me anything.

Don't use this company. They are either liars or know nothing about animal control.
