BCBS has the worlds worst customer serviceI wish having another insurance company was possibleNone of the people that work there seem to know what thy are doingI have been dealing with on ongoing issue since August In August I was involved in an auto accident that was 100% the other drivers faultI used my BCBS insurance to cover my medical bills and was told that they would have their segregation dept recover the funds from the other drivers insurance companyLater I received a check in the mail from BCBS and when I asked what the check was for they told me it was to pay one of the providers who was out of networkI told them I was seen in an in network facility they said that the doctor that saw me was an out of network doctor at the in network facility which made no sense to me but BCBS instructed me to cash the check and pay the provider which I did and two days later BCBS calls me stating that they needed the check back later turns out that was not correct that

BCBS has out sourced thier customer service to inadequate representatives...I called asking customer service where on line I go to view my most current premium statement...she told me internet support would have to assist me and transferred me...Lindsey in internet support was unable to assist and said this is handled by customer service...who had just transferred me to her and she transferred me back to Rachael...Rachael asked me times if I was able to log into my account which the answer was the same each time...YES I AM LOOKING AT MY ACCOUNT ON LINE after multiple holds and no progress I was disconnected...Rachael did verify my phone number and said if we were disconnected she would call me backhours later and still waiting for the call back..this is peoples lives you are screwing with
