Review: The couch delivered to us has defective seat cushions - they are not the same size, ie. they do not line up. They are convex to the point of bulbous, ball-like, which is unlike any couch cushion in their showroom. We immediately (within 12 hours of delivery, November 19, 2015) contacted the store and sent pictures confirming the defective cushions and were assured they would find a way to order replacement cushions or take back the couch. Despite visiting the store, calling and emailing, there is no update or taking responsibility to resolve this.Desired Settlement: At this point, I believe they should simply pick up the couch and give us a full refund (including delivery costs) since they are not trying to rectify the defective cushion issue.

Review: I purchased a living room set from Michael Anthony furniture store on1-08-13 after hurricane sandy hit...I spent about 2 hours speaking with the sales girl Karen who was very nice but now looking back was very misleading. I told her I needed a very durable livingroom set and wanted leather. she had suggested this 'bonded leather" because she said it was more durable than leather and it wouldn't fade like leather because I wanted white and she said 100% leather cracks, peels and fades. she suggested I take the protection plan and they would repair or replace any damage on the couches. after about 6 months I noticed the leather on the 4 pieces I bought starting to crack on the corners of the cushions...I called right away and the store told me I had to go through the company I took the protection plan with...I did after about 2 months the protection plan denied my claim saying they only cover tears not peeling and that I should go through the store. after months of calling Michael Anthony and tons of emails of pictures of the furniture, all he does is say he has to call the manufacturer and get back to us and NEVER DOES...this set was not cheap and SHOULD NOT CRACK OF PEEL in six months of having it. it is now 2years old and the damage is getting worse. it's only me and my husband living in the house...we hardly ever sit on the couches because we work all day. I am very cautious with this set and it looks like its 10 years old I have pics of the damage from 2013 and 2014...they never helped us we paid 3731.97 for the set it should last a few years before looking like this...It is a [redacted]...my next complaint is going to be with them tooDesired Settlement: I just want the set to be fixed or replaced

Review: This business had me waiting 11 weeks for a delivery of a bed and gave me a difficult time returning my phone calls when I told them I was going to bet a bed from somewhere else they said they would refund me my money for the bed. Now he is telling me that he will not since the bed arrived into their warehouse. I had already gotten a new bed before they called to tell me it finally came in.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the bed. It took entirely too long to even get them to respond to my MULTIPLE phone calls. They were not customer friendly at all. Once they were paid in full they dropped the ball on service.
