Review: Hello. I purchased a Lazy boy Recliner Chair from Michael [redacted] Furniture in February of 2012. To my dismay, the chair broke four months later. They replaced the chair with a Best Electric Recliner Chair (which I paid slightly more for because the other Lazy boy chair had been less). Unfortunately, the Best Recliner Chair's motor went about six months after it was delivered (delivered in April of 2012) and ever since than I have been getting the "run around" about its repair. I have left countless voice mail messages or messages with a sales woman at the store, and have emailed Michael many times regarding this chair and its need for repair. These messages were left unanswered and no responses were emailed back to me. Finally, in November of this year, I phoned the store "on a whim"and the call was answered by Michael himself. Since I had gotten him on the phone he directed me to bring the chair to his warehouse and he would send it out for repair. I brought the chair to his warehouse myself, and requested and received documentation on Michael [redacted] letterhead from Michael's brother [redacted], that my chair was left in their furniture store's custody to be serviced. The document was signed and dated. After waiting several weeks to hear back from the store (which I did not) I called to find out the status of my chair's repair. Again, I left email after email, and message after message before again, getting on the phone with Michael. Once I had gotten him on the phone, I asked that he give me an approximate date when the chair would be repaired and ready to be picked up. This phone call was made in mid December of 2013 and at the time of the phone call he informed me that the chair would be repaired before the "holidays." The holidays passed by two weeks ago, and still no chair. I have called three times since the holidays end and he is never available to take my call. I emailed him a long letter practically begging him to repair or refund.Desired Settlement: I would like Michael Anthony to repair the chair that is in his custody or refund me the money I paid for the chair. I have a document in my possession with the store stating that my chair was left at their establishment for its repair; a document that was dated and signed.
