I replied that I had studied the problem and realized that there was air left in my clutch's hydraulic system and that I had fixed the problem myself

This customer had an appointment to come back in for us to recheck the clutch system and ensure that it was working properly and if it was then the estimate for the clutch kit was accurateIf the system was at fault then the clutch kit was not going to be needed
This customer did not come in at the time he stated he would be here so we called him to check if he was going to come in and he said no he would not come in
To ensure his vehicle was fixed properly by us or someone else we called him a few days later to see if the problem had been resolved and he informed us that he re-bled the system himself and the system was working properly
We were very happy to hear that he did not need the extra work and that his vehicle was working goodWe apologized for the inconvenience and said good bye***
