Shower Grout/Floor Grout/Roof Issues Our home has just turned years old in July We have had several issues primarily with shower grout, floor tile grout and roof The shower issues were temporarily resolved as the grout has started coming out againAdditionally the floor tile grout is coming out again from the same area of the repairShower grout and floor grout still have issuesNow we have grout coming up in kitchen Most recently we thought we had a gutter issue when the builders gutter person arrived and looked at the situation appears there is a roof issue where water is flowing under and running from the roof eve instead of running into gutter We have called [redacted] " [redacted] " [redacted] several times regarding the grout issues of which he had attempted to fix however the tile/grout are still problems Recently we called about the roof/grout and he has not returned any calls

Several issues with our custom home built by Michael B*** Our roof leaking in several places causing further interior damage and mold, issues with interior and exterior painting, items that were to be attached to the exterior of the home per contract never completedWe have contact [redacted] to let him know about these issuesThe roof being the main concernWe are in the process of taking legal actionWe have pictures, invoices and estimates, in addition to insurance claim denials stating this was faulty workmanship

We have items from our punch list that still have not been fixedAttempts have been made to reach Mike Barnes with no reply back from him
The metal roof on our home rattles and vibrates when it is windy outThere are areas on on the roof that are not properly screw doneI sent Michael Barnes a video showing one of the metal pieces flapping in the windOur drive way is graded properly and collects pools of water in front of our garageI also sent Michael Barnes a picture of this
