Pest control is a MUST here on the Gulf CoastI have used several different vendors, in several different properties around Santa Rosa county (since 1992)Superior has been by far the most reliable & competent I have usedThey provide great customer service from the office, and the technicians they send out are very knowledgeableThey have done WDO's for me on two homes that I have purchased, finding items that allowed me to fix them before they progressed furtherI have annual contracts for general pest control with Superior as wellPrice is always a factor, but I haven't found them to be any more expensive than the others, and they certainly do a much better job They have earned my trust and I highly recommend them
Had a WDO ( wood destroying organisms ) inspection done to a home that I was purchasingWhich I thought a professional company would do everything to check house for WDOThat was not the case here all that was check was anything visible they didn't check internally enoughAnd I asked to be present during the inspectionAnd when I had arranged the times to meet the inspector had completed his inspectionAnd said everything was fine, which was not true I have a basement with a drop ceiling and they didn't check the wood in therewhich had a lot of damage wood rot from a leaking pipe And the home owner agreed to replace any damage to the home, So I call superior and told them of the over site and the guy Travis starts reading some fine print about their not responsible for removing ceiling tileSo I asked him did I sign an agreement saying that, He said its their company policyNow I have to pay thousands of dollars for there over siteIf only this had been explained in the beginning
We appreciate that they have always stood by their word, their timeline, their product and they made the process easy for us Their guys were here right on time, no muss, no fuss, they did the job, stayed out of the way of our clients and did not disrupt our business flow even once We always use and recommend them and will continue to do so
Prompt, courteous, answered all questions about various insect problems I was having. I called them to treat a swarm of yellow jackets that were preventing me from entering part of my yard. Job done effectively and efficiently, problem solved!!

Have never found a live bug since I hired Superior Pest after firing several others. Seven years and counting!!!!
