I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11604102, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Michael Boon Contracting has resumed repair work from 8/ The cement on the skirting and stucco on the garage floor is still drying and the contractor has stated that he will guarantee his work for a year We are hoping this promise will be upheld The crawlspace doors do not fit into their frames on the house, so we are hoping this measurement issue can be resolved The contractor says he needs a few days to work with the vents to try to engineer a method of opening/closing them from the outside of the house, as promised A copy of the site/septic plans to find the two markings (stakes) on the front lawn was requested for future reference, as well as an explanation of the electric issues in the garage We believe these will be given to the home owner soon enough We also hope that the contractor takes thorough inspection of the work that his crew of professionals (which he contracted out) has been completed correctly Regards, [redacted]

Michael called and gave a verbal response; he stated all items on the list are completed, except an additional coat of cement parging will be needed on the stucco foundation.It rained today so I will need to wait until tomorrow or as soon as the weather permits
