","sans-serif">*** *** *** was written an individual policy with *** for dental and medical coverage effective 4/1/by Ken K***, an insurance agent for ClaimLinx. She has had her policy cancelled several times since it was effective. The first two were because she didn’t sent in the required
information that the marketplace requested. The third time was due to ***. It
first termed on 6/30/then on 9/30/then on 12/1/then 2/1/and now again
after it was reinstated on 5/11/due to misapplied payments by ***. In January the dental
policy was to be terminated and *** terminated the health policy instead of
the dental policy. *** has been charging her account every month for
the dental policy. On May, 11th, 2015, *** was going to take
the premiums paid for the dental plan and reinstate the health policy by moving all
premiums to the health policy. It seemed to be completed because all her
prescriptions were reprocessed at that point. But once again the policy has been terminated
completely. She has a credit to her account (on the dental side) that equals the exact amount that
she would have paid up until August 31st, 2015. *** was receiving
the subsidies for the account as well as auto-drafting her account for the
premium. Also some of the claims she has, went towards her deductible so
she would have to pay them regardless. Ken spoke with her husband early September and there was one Dr
visit they paid. It was around $not $and it was sent to
collections and now shows paid. The time-frames and the amounts she indicates are incorrect according to our records. Her policy issues have been
escalated and ClaimLinx expects to hear something this week from *** on
getting her reinstated and backdated to 2/1/since all the premiums have been
paid on the health policy. ClaimLinx requested that *** issue a letter of apology to the
client for the situation. There are a lot of people at *** working to get
the policy correctedClaimLinx does not collect premiums for this policy as stated in the complaint. The payments are made directly from *** *** *** to the carrier (***), and ClaimLinx merely acts as a go-between as the health insurance agent for the policyholder. Should *** *** *** have further issues with her premium payments, they should be directed to *** customer service indicated on her Member ID Card.

*** ** *** I originally sent my complaint to the owner of the company Theresa Q***, I have not heard one word from herThey did assign a woman named Clarice to the situationThey are incorrect I have spent $out of pocket between ** ***, ***, *** *** & ** *** and have not been reimbursedMy insurance was cancelled times in two yearsI believe the root of the problem was the agent Ken K***. As of now I will not have insurance again until Nov 1, Our life is very scary to think we have no health insurance, this problems has caused be me so much undo stress. If needed I can send you the emails sent in two years between me and Ken K***. It sound as though from there last statetment they dont want to help as they state to call member services from now. I dont think you make a problem go away by turning away the customer. Although Ken is a agent for there company I believe they should have some authority or supervison over his actions. Also he called the billing lady at ** ***'s office very, very in appropriate names*** ** ***

*** *** ***'s husband has since come into the ClaimLinx Cincinnati office on a few different occasions and counseled with Clarice H*** , VP of Sales about the issues with this *** policy as MrK***'s employment was terminated the end of September 2015. MrsH*** provided an updated 11/19/on the resolution of this matter. She stated the policy for this member was reinstated properly, and the member acknowledged they could handle any further issues on their own. MsH*** spend hours one day at the ClaimLinx office resolving this issue with *** and since then the member seems to be satisfied with the results
