I am rejecting this response because: what about the balance of $741? Will that be taken care
of? DrB told me he gave me novacaine during the procedure and I witnessed itAnd as I mentioned I was never told anything about a root canal during the procedure as I would lof had it done at the time

Could the patient please provide the tooth number that root canal procedure was completed.  Dr. Butkiewicz is reviewing the xrays and his notes on this patient.  Thank you.
