Around 1:p.mon May 20th 2018, I, *** ***, along with my three children, went to Premier Car Wash, located at ***, ***, AlI paid for the 'Ultimate Car Wash 'at $Before I went through the automated car wash, I watched an employee brushed my wheels and firmly shake my side view car mirrorsI proceeded through the car wash, when half way through it I and daughter, who was sitting in the front passenger seat, watched with a gasp, as the machine broke the right side view mirror and left it hangingWhen the car wash finished, I drove around to the employee and told him what happenedHe didn't say much and shook his headIt appeared that he didn't speak much EnglishHe walked over to the manager or owner, who was near his truck working on the money machine where you choose the type car wash you want and pay for itThe assumed manager or owner walked over to my car and viewed the damageI told him that the machine broke the side view mirror
I used to like this car wash when I lived in the area, but as of yesterday 6/6/18, I will not be going there anymore I paid for an ULTIMATE WASH that cost $ The owner asked if I wanted my tires done for an additional $2.00, I told him NO, I just paid $for that He then sparingly pre-brushed the car then I literally watched him as changed my paid wash from ULTIMATE ($12) to BASIC ($8) I asked him twice, WHY ARE YOU CHANGING MY WASH to BASIC ??? and he only gestured me to move forward and I asked again and he acted as if he couldn't speak English After going thru the tunnel, the results of my wash was definitely not what I paid for...there was dirt still remaining on my car I had to physically clean myself I attempted to see if anyone else was in the office area, but he was the only one there I asked another customer and he stated he also paid for an ULTIMATE WASH and received a BASIC I told him that's because the guy changed it I will NOT be going there anymore....that was it for me and I will be making a complaint to the Revdex.com
