This company is awful! We paid for a trip to and from our hotel in advanceWhen it came time for them to pick us up they were 1/hours late! When we called they were rude, told us we never scheduled a pickup which we did the day prior at 4pm like they told us to, they even hung up on us! A few shuttles came to the hotel dropping people off, and we asked when we were going to get picked up, and they just gave us the run aroundIt was obvious they didn't care about us catching out flightFinally when someone came to pick us up, 1/hours late, they had no explanation for usThey would NOT give us a refund for wasting our time and not keeping their promise to give us the timely transportation that we paid forI would never recommend this company to anyone! They should be shut down for their awful business practicesWe wanted to get to the airport early, but because if this company we had to run to catch our flight, or pay for a new one
My family has taken a lot of vacations to Las Vegas, and have always gotten a shuttle from the airport to our hotel. Bell Trans was the worst service we have ever gotten. We arrived the night of April 19th. We waited for a shuttle. The one that was sitting there was full the lady told us, and the next shuttle would be there in 15 minutes. 40 minutes later she told everyone waiting that we should all refund our tickets and get a taxi because there wouldn't be another shuttle for 45 minutes!! We took a taxi, and since we had bought a round trip ticket, we called 24 hours ahead and they told us to be out in front of the hotel shuttle area at 11:20 and would be picked up at 11:30 am. This was on April 24th when we were leaving. We waited and waited. At 11:45, we called Bell Trans and we were told the shuttle would be there in 5 or 6 minutes. We waited. Several Bell Trans shuttles came by, but only dropped people off. One pulled in at 12:10 pm to unload. I asked her when a shuttle would be there to pick us up. She said it should be there in just a couple minutes. I told her we had already waited for 50 minutes!! Finally one did arrive at 12:20, then we had to rush through at the airport instead of taking our time like we had planned. The service sucked coming in and going out. Needless to say, we won't be using Bell Trans again.
