This man Mike came to check for the reason my dishwasher was leaking. He finally came at almost 8:00 PM and all he did was open the door of my dishwasher and tell me I needed a Main Control Board and Latch. I paid him the Service Call fee of $45.00 as requested. After he left, I was so distraught that I got down on my hands and knees and felt all around the bottom and the drain. I found 2 long but small bones and a strip of paper in the drain.
This was all through Choice Home Warranty Company. I have called both companies and cancelled my home warranty; I requested a refund from Mike at Cole's and he said it wasn't his problem and that I need to take it up with the warranty company.
I feel since he came and basically did nothing, he should give me my $45.00 back. I am on Social Security only and using both companies was a waste. I cancelled the contract with Choice.
The dishwasher has worked fine ever since. He didn't even bother to bend over and look or feel around for anything.Desired SettlementSince I paid him to find out what was wrong with my dishwasher and he didn't really look but automatically said I needed a Main Control Board and Latch.
