For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.,The work that they said that I paid for is only part of the work that they said they were going to do that needed the person crewI have attached a picture of the work that they didThey were supposed to be break the floor from the one drain on the other side of the house to the connection to the which they repairedThis is about a ft section that they said they were going to have to break up the floor and replace the pipeInstead they just power cleaned that pipeThey did the break up the corner which they said was part of the workWhy would they need people to break up just a small section of the basementThe picture attached shows about the foot square that they did break up the basementThere is no other section on the basement that they broke upAgain, why should I pay for something that they said they were going to do? I signed off the day before because I was going out of townI left with a big line going across the floor from the one drain to the pipe.I would be more than happy to have someone take a look at that work because nothing was ever done on this section!Regards,*** ***

I am in receipt of your letter concerning the compliant you received from Mr***. On 11/21/ our t echnician *** and Heating Manager ***, responded to a no heat concern at the home of Mr*** (*** *** *** *** ** ***}Upon investigation of the issue, our
technician found that the furnace blower motor was not turning on due to a bad main control, voltage absorber and blower motorMr*** was presented with options upfront in writing for for both repair and replacement at this t ime. The repair option was quoted at a service member reduced cost of $ and consisted of replacement of the main control, blower motor and voltage absorberThe replacement option was to consider replacement ofthe yrold furnace to which Mr*** stated he was not interested inWe did explain to Mr*** that we did provide this option due to the cost of repairs being 50% of what replacement investment would beAt this time the homeowner Mr. *** authorized the repair option, parts were ordered and we explained we would return as soon as the parts were delivered. Mr*** has been a service member with our company since October 22, He has received a signed copy of his Silver level agreement which is at a cost of $per month ( $+ $ t x} to which he makes payment monthlyAs part of t he membership Mr. *** does receive a 20% discount on his HVAC repairs which were reflected by the pricing provided by our technician on 11/22/Further he received discounts on his plumbing repairs and installations of 10% also again under his membership guidelinesAt no time did Mr. *** contact our office to question his membership plan or benefits until contact with the Revdex.comFor this reason, no refund in the requested amount of$ will be issued as we feel we upheld to the membership services and plan discounts Mr *** received for all previous work done since his membership enrollmentWe will however cancel his membership agreement effective today Dec 9, due to his dissatisfaction with the plan. It is our belief that we at Roy's have upheld to our customer service policy by providing quick, efficient service, providing a diagnostic assessment with upfront pricing with both repair and replacement options and honoring all customer entitled discounts under the customer Silver Level membership plan. company out to attempt to open his sewer line which we did. As stated in the letter, we were able to get the water and waste to drain out, which is what, was paid for. Our technician did provide proposals for replacement, a guaranteed permanent solution so Mr. [redacted] would no longer need the yearly cleaning. We also stated that ifhe had the work completed by us we happily would have applied the cleaning fee towards that job. He chose a cheaper option that will still require routine maintenance from a different provider which also agreed that the sewer should be dug up.Please feel free to contact me with any questions.Plumbing Manager

our company to make repairs to his sanitary system. We have attached a copy of the invoice, which was signed by Mr. [redacted] at the bottom left in the work authorization box. The invoice shows the scope of the work to be completed, which was to replace a section of sanitary sewer in the front yard, break the basement floor, remove the house trap and broken floor drain, and reconnect the basement bathroom drains. All of this work for the sanitary sewer system has been completed. As a courtesy at no additional expense to the homeowner, we brought our high pressure water sewer cleaning truck to scour clean the remaining section of the line under the basement floor. We do feel that the work was completed as per written and authorized for and did offer a refund of between 200-300 dollars which was declined by Mr[redacted]. We will return in the spring to replace the concrete walkway which was removed during the project. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.Plumbing Manager
