May 27, 2015 Dear Revdex.com this in reference to complaint # [redacted] Below is the legend used by Green Grass, Inc. : MRD   Mr. [redacted]                       MSD Mrs. [redacted]...

[redacted]      [redacted]                 GGI      Green Grass Inc. BB       [redacted] BB presented three proposals to MR*. He finally accepted one after BB had left employment. BB was very general in his proposals to MRD as he used the word approximately often. The area was cleared of unwanted vegetation and [redacted]s where MS* specified. [redacted] and a Manager (hours and material used were not counted) sprayed the weeds. MS* changed the New Steel Edging. We complied at no charge. Then the New Steel Edging placement was again changed. We complied at no charge. Then MS* wanted New Steel Edging had to be placed in a different bed. We charged MS* for the material cost only ($71). GGI paid the tax. There was charge for the labor. MRD showed [redacted] where he wanted the flagstone. MS* came to the GGI office and picked the flagstone that was very expensive. A pallet of flagstone, the least expensive, is $200 per pallet. We spent (not counting [redacted] time) $225.00 for the flagstone. [redacted] purchased personally from [redacted] the flagstone that MSD had picked. Also as MR* did not want "any small pieces" installed, [redacted] took a helper to get the larger pieces out of the pallet. A pallet has a lot of small pieces. MR* was shown the smaller pieces by [redacted]. Therefore, [redacted] went personally to [redacted] with a helper and purchased the larger pieces that would comply with MR* request. Later, MR* had placed the flagstone placed in a different position than originally. There were areas not covered. We complied at no charge and [redacted] personally went again with a helper to Keller Material to purchase the flagstone pieces that were required by MRD. The Decomposed Granite (DG) was delivered and turned back by MR*. GGI was charged for the delivery of the 10 yards $160.00. There was no charge to MRD. Then the DG was delivered, by what MR* wanted, in two deliveries. The first DG was 5 yards. The second delivery was 8.4 yards. [redacted] gave the extra 3.4 yards at no charge to MR*. MSD was concerned about the height of the DG and had our staff remove the Weed Cloth and re-dig the areas that she was concerned about. The extra work was done at no charge. The steel edging section that was not installed was 2 feet by the fence, the workers claimed that "they ran out". MR* said that he would call [redacted] and tell [redacted] when he wanted the 2 feet installed. MR* has not called GGI to let [redacted] know when he wants the 2 feet of steel edging installed. The total that MR* has paid for the job is $3,171.26. The taxes paid by GGI were $241.46. The cost to GGI in materials is $1476.16. The Flagstones were hand-picked by [redacted] from [redacted], as well as the Weed Cloth and the Steel Edging that were picked from Adams Wholesale supply. The workers at GGI spent 129.80 hours on the job. This is not counting the hours [redacted] or the Manager spent on the job. [redacted] is sorry that MR* wrote to the Revdex.com.
