I am the office manager for small grooming business in TN I received an unsolicited sales call from this company today The salesperson, Michael R***, immediately began a 'hard sell' pitch, stating we had been customers in the past and they wanted to get our business backI had to literally raise my voice to even get a word in and when I finally did I asked the rep when our last purchase was He stated over years ago I began to politely advise MrR*** that we were not in the market for their product but he seemed not to listen, instead continuing with his hard sell approachAfter several polite refusals for his product I finally had to raise my voice, speak over him as he would not shut up, and advise him that we were not interested now and never would be interested in their product, to remove our phone information from his system, and to refrain from contacting us in the future With that, I terminated the call Not minutes later I looked in my email inbox and there was an email from MrR*** pushing us to purchase from them again Needless to say I was beyond frustrated I called him back on his contact phone in the email, advised him my 'do not contact' request also meant email I spoke to a 'manager' who was just as obnoxious and obtuse as the sales rep I would have left an actual COMPLAINT with the Revdex.com but the site seems to be having issues Also, I can't understand how this company has a Revdex.com A+ rating with a %50/%positive/negative customer review rating as well as only positive reveiws and negative comments/reviews
This is a terrible companyWe were shipped something by an aggressive "customer service specialist" that we never wanted or orderedWe have been chased by attorneys to pay for the samples totaling $for air refreshers that I never asked for or wished to purchaseExtremely unprofessionalNEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY
Our company ordered from them time (a very small order) probably years agoI have received weekly sales calls for the next yearsOne male customer service rep would start out each voicemail with "sorry for all the calls" he called for yearsI emailed the company and told them stop contacting meAs his calls ended a new one beganAnother female rep has been calling me for at least yearsI get the sales game is tough and cold calls suck for everyone but this is just ridiculousI would describe their sales team as predatory
