First, I requested a specific doctor but was given a deferrent one once there Second, at the end of the pretest they ask me to move to another machineOut of curiosity I ask what it was and if it was covered by insuranceThey said it was a test not covered but they they discounted the price to $ Had I not ask I would have had to pay the chargeThen the eye exam with the doctor was less than minutesI knew when I saw the prescription we had a problem unless my eyes suddwnly improvedThey had frames in the range of my insuranceI had my eyes rechecked at a different eye doctor and they perception was off on both eyesI will not be returning
I just want everyone out there to know that Gemini Eye care is not a good place to take your children been going there three years now and put a lot of money into glassesI told someone I was taking my kids there and said thats not a real doctor to got to [redacted] and see [redacted] so I didHe was great and guess what neither of my kids needs or needed glasses or have stigmatism like Gemini Eye care said they didI had to purchase glasses two years in a row because one year he said it was in one eye and the next year in bothI am so mad and ticked I spent all this money on glasses and had my children wear glasses that could of hurt their eyesAlso I just had my eyes checked in April and told me I had a stigmatism and I orderd a expensive pair of glasses who knows if they are right for my eyes- Now I have to wait another year to know and refuse to wear my glasses now with all this information they have given me over the past few years
