At 7:p.mI called the complainant and she stated she was going to be a little later so my staff and I stayed to accommodate herShe arrived at approximately 7:to pick up her lotsAlthough my staff that is not permitted to assist they helped her loadShe did not plan well because her U-haul was not big enough to hold all of her itemsLot #'s 112,128,and (see attached) could not fit so we made an arrangement for her to pick up the following dayI said against policy, I will hold them until the following day which was August 3, and stated that anytime between 8:a.m-3:p.mshe could pick them upShe agreed and fully understoodI explained to the complainant that I had trailers full of stuff that needed to be moved into the space so new auctions could be started so due to space/storage limitations that she would need to pick them up the next day (August 3, 2016)On August 3, there were no phone calls or text messages from the complainant until 9:p.mwhen the complainant texted me and asked if I could meet her at the Milroy location so that she could pick up her itemsI was at another location located in Centre Hall, PA prepping another auctionI told her I would be there in about - minutesThis was at 9:p.m(See attached) I spoke with her again at 9:p.mand she said she would be thereI drove to the Milroy location and the complainant was not thereI sat there and waited until 10:p.mat which time I called her and got no answer or responseThen I tried again at 10:p.mstill no answer or response, I tried calling the complainant again on August 5, (See attached) I texted her numerous times and got no response, My office manager tried calling her several times throughout the following week with no answerWe heard nothing from the complainant until the complainant called at 9:a.mon August 18, Sixteen days past the pickup date! By this time the items were disposed ofWe can't hold items.Our policy is clearly stated multiple times in the Info lots throughout every auction(See attached) I explained all of this to herWe have policies in place for this reason

Statement of events -
On Tuesday, August 2, 2016 we had an auction removal at [redacted]. Our pick up as stated in our policies was 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. ONLY! At 7:10 p.m. I called the complainant and she stated she was going to be a little later so my staff and I stayed to accommodate her. She arrived at approximately 7:40 to pick up her 53 lots. Although my staff that is not permitted to assist they helped her load. She did not plan well because her U-haul was not big enough to hold all of her items. Lot #'s 112,128,129 and 137 (see attached) could not fit so we made an arrangement for her to pick up the following day. I said against policy, I will hold them until the following day which was August 3, 2016 and stated that anytime between 8:30 a.m. -3:00 p.m. she could pick them up. She agreed and fully understood. I explained to the complainant that I had 7 trailers full of stuff that needed to be moved into the space so new auctions could be started so due to space/storage limitations that she would need to pick them up the next day (August 3, 2016). On August 3, 2016 there were no phone calls or text messages from the complainant until 9:04 p.m. when the complainant texted me and asked if I could meet her at the Milroy location so that she could pick up her items. I was at another location located in Centre Hall, PA prepping another auction. I told her I would be there in about 35 - 40 minutes. This was at 9:17 p.m. (See attached) I spoke with her again at 9:20 p.m. and she said she would be there. I drove to the Milroy location and the complainant was not there. I sat there and waited until 10:30 p.m. at which time I called her and got no answer or response. Then I tried again at 10:32 p.m. still no answer or response, I tried calling the complainant again on August 5, 2016. (See attached) I texted her numerous times and got no response, My office manager tried calling her several times throughout the following week with no answer. We heard nothing from the complainant until the complainant called at 9:55 a.m. on August 18, 2016. Sixteen days past the pickup date! By this time the items were disposed of. We can't hold items.Our policy is clearly stated multiple times in the Info lots throughout every auction. (See attached) I explained all of this to her. We have policies in place for this reason.
