We are now living in our second Michael F Simon home and would build a third by this truly outstanding company. There is no question that they would stand behind any issues/problems which might arise, even well beyond move-in date. The crew from Simon Builders are all very professional, polite and respectful of us and our home and take great care when working in our home. We would have no problem giving them a 100% positive review.
