Michael Felice Interiors

My husband, 5 yo son, and I went into his store on 11/29/19 and put down a $2000 deposit on Hunter Douglas window treatments as he is advertised as a Hunter Douglas design gallery. It took over a month for someone to come out and measure. They gave excuses that their guy was sick. Then another month for a proposal of charges based on measurements. We placed our order. Then we were called by the sales lady and she said that Michael F had fires all of his sales people that day and we needed to check and see if he actually placed our order. So I called and he reassured us that our order was placed and that it takes four weeks. Four weeks comes and goes, then he does not return my phone calls or emails. So I called Hunter Douglas. They have no record that my order was placed. They have had multiple calls from people in the same unfortunate situation after ordering window treatments from Michael F He has apparently declared bankruptcy. I hope that he is no longer still taking “deposits” from unsuspecting people.
