I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I have the following minor contentions regarding the facts:1. My husband did not receive any emails from Michael Landy's office regarding the missed appointment. 2. The missed appointment was one which Michael Landy's office scheduled sua sponte because my husband showed up for a prior appointment, which the office had cancelled without notifying him. At that time, they scheduled him for the appointment in question, which he missed.3. Thank you for the photograph of the sign, however, it does not establish that the sign was posted prior to and during our visit at the office. It would be helpful to add the missed appointment term to the contracts that dental clients sign. The contract that my husband and I signed, did not include a missed-appointment-fee term (as shown in the copy provided by Michael Landy's office). Although the interest rate terms are expressed for general account balances, it does not mention missed appointment fees. Thank you to Michael Landy's for agreeing to remove the missed appointment fee. It is greatly appreciated, not as a courtesy, but because it is fair and reasonable.
