Review: Michael Harrison was reporting a collection account on my [redacted] credit report in the amount of $320 and I disputed it several times and ended up settling with them. After paying them, they still left a $9 balance on my credit report and then tried to say it was an error on their end and I paid it and it still shows on my credit report with a $9 balance. They said they couldn't delete it from my credit report after being paid but being that they are violating the Fair Credit Reporting Act by reporting inaccurate information, that is grounds for deletion and immediate removal. It even says last payment made May 29, 2015 on my credit report, like why would I pay and not pay the remaining $9? I believe they just do this to intentionally hurt peoples credit reports and it's unfair.Desired Settlement: I would like for this account to be deleted from my credit report and letter sent to my home of record stating it will because they are causing serious harm to my credit report.

This so called law office should have ethics charges filed against them. The state and county bar association should revoke his license . They do not practice law they practice bullying intimidation and harassment -staff are uncooperative and unprofessional. If you hired this firm to collect for you you will be disappointed as they serve their interests only they are unwilling to resolve credit issues.
