Review: to my knowledge I entered into an agreement with Michael I. Kroll on or about 9/**/14. I Have paid him $750.00 for a patent search, and an additional minimum of $2500.00. Starting in November 2014 I began to call to find out how progress was coming along and I was told by [redacted] I would be getting a call from them in a week or two and that the progress was coming along greats so I waited but never received a call. I began calling him again beginning on December 2014 and expressed my dissatisfaction an their communication skills and mentioned that are communication was so bad that I was having second thoughts and was ready to "knip it in the bud". he apologized and sounded sincere so I gave it another chance. Within that day or two I received a phone call from [redacted]s asossiate [redacted], He scheduled an appointment at my earliest convienience at 6:00am Monday 12/*/14. On that date12/*/14 I dropped off the actual sensor (prototype) that I had made with valve. I was handed a document with a list of parts and operation of the design that I explained on the first visit but reference to drawings in the document although referenced were not included, but I was told by [redacted] that the drawings would be ready Thursday 12/**/14. On Thursday 12/**/14 I received a phone call from [redacted] telling me the drawings would not be done on that date, but would be finished the next day Friday 12/**/14. On the next day Friday 12/**/14 I was called by [redacted] and I was told that the drawings would not be done on that date, when I asked when they would be done he said Monday or Tuesday of the following week 12/**, or 12/**/2014. those days came and past without any phone calls. I waited until the month was over and on 2/*/2015 at 5:30 pm I called Michael I. Kroll again,once again he assured me that everything was coming along fine and I would be very happy with the results he said drawings would be ready next week (week of 2/*-**/2015). I am writing you on 2/**/15 and have yet to hear from themDesired Settlement: A title search was accomplished speedily so I would be willing to pay for the patent search. Their opinion of obtaining a utility patent(their recommendation) was excellent. I was assured, although it sounded that they were very busy that they would have time for me, but that has proven false, therefore I would like my first disbursement refunded.
