basis. Once we were in contact with the maintenance supervisor, he responded as promptly as possible. He does live quite a distance from our property. Our office personnel confirmed that maintenance arrived within an hour and a half of the initial call. According to the maintenance supervisor, the patio door's issue was simply bad rollers which led to the forcing of opening and closing the door. That itself took a toll on the glass which made it slip out of the frame. The resident admitted this issue with the rollers had been on-going; they just had not had a chance to report it. Fortunately there was only about a 2-inch gap for the cold air to enter the apartment. Once the glass was re-set, the door was securely locked and no cold air was escaping the apartment. This work was completed within about 30 minutes of arrival. We are hoping that the total time air seeped into the apartment was right around 2 hours (give or take). We also placed a call to the Glass Company for them to replace the rollers. They arrived and replaced the rollers on November 19, 2014.
