Review: BUSINESS HAS NEGLECTED TO PROVIDE PURCHASED ITEM (WEDDING PHOTO ALBUM) WHICH COST $2140.00 INCLUDING TAXES. CONTRACT STATES THAT THE ITEM WIL BE DELIVERED 8-12 MONTHS AFTER WEDDING, IT HAS NOW BEEN 24 MONTHS SINCE DATE OF WEDDING. BUSINESS HAS BEEN MISLEADING AS TO WHEN THE ALBUM WILL BE AVAILABLE. AFTER RESEARCH, MANY OTHER CONSUMERS HAVE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WITH THIS COMPANY AND HAS NOT SEEN THEIR PURCHASES.Desired Settlement: REFUND OF $1000 (EXCLUDES RETAINER FEE AND TAXES). THIS IS MY SECOND ATTEMPT TRYING TO RENDER ITEMS FROM BUSINESS. IN A LETTER DATED MARCH 6, 2013 BUSINESS STATED THEY HAVE EVERY INTENTION OF PROVIDING ITEM BUT ONCE AGAIN FAILED TO GIVE A TIMELINE OF WHEN THE PRODUCT CAN BE EXPECTED.

Review: Michael Distasio was hired to photograph and video my wedding. We have a contract with him and paid upfront for his services. Our wedding was July 3, 2012 and we were told it would take approximately 6 months from the wedding date for all of our contracted services to be completed. It is now over a year later and we are waiting on 90% of our contracted services. Michael has since closed his studio location, neglected to give us an address so that we may correspond in writing, does not answer emails or phone calls in any reasonable time period if ever, and has neglected to complete anything in the time period he says he will. We paid $4500 for his services and the contract states that if he does not complete his services within the time period given we will be refunded our money and services will be completed. I have been in contact with an attorney and am ready to pursue legal action against this business.Desired Settlement: I want my wedding photography finished. This includes: 1. All of the photos taken from the wedding on disc 2. All of the photos taken from the engagement shoot on disc 3. The raw video footage from the wedding on disc 4. The bluray copy of our wedding video 5. Custom DVD cases for the 3 DVDs and the 1 Bluray 6. Our wedding album 7. Our 2 parent albums 8. 1- 16x20 print 9. 6- 11x14 prints If the job will not be finished we want a refund of all of our money for not completing contracted work and for the hassle and stress this has caused, as well as all of our raw photos and video footage so that we may have someone else complete our wedding photography. We also want this businesses current address, phone numbers, and emails so that we can communicate.

Review: We had our wedding in November 2011 and only received partial of our contracted and paid for photographs. We do not have any of the correct wall photos we paid for or the CD with all of our wedding pictures. I have sent over 100 emails and left over 20 messages with limited or no responses - all with [redacted] saying he would send them but still has not.Desired Settlement: Please just send us our CD of our photographs - we have no wedding pictures from our big day.
