To Whom It May Concern,The complaint received is unwarranted based upon the fact that I performed my job and since the claims process didn't move as quickly due to this unprecedented horrific winter as the homeowner liked he wanted to continue dealing with the insurance carrier on his ownI
explained to him that was fine but I wanted to be paid for my services rendered per the signed contract and after I was paid I would sign release however this individual didn't want to pay me at all so I hesitated in signing the release of services.However I did provide the release against my better judgment and I have yet to be paid and I don't think I will be paid.?
