We had Michael JMarra provide all new leaders and gutters on my parents large older home two years agoThe pricing was competitive, the employees were extremely professional and the quality of work was excellent
They are now coming to my home to give me an estimate for repair work that needs to be done on my home
I'd highly recommend them to anyone seeking gutter work

Unfortunatelysome of the leaves will end up on the ground, this can't be helped. We previously had done work for that residence in 2006 and there are no problemsnoted on the account. A crew of 3 men spend 30 minutes at that cleaning and a charge of $85.00 is open to this day. I have made it clear to [redacted] in my initial call to him that the work was not authorized nor was the work completed and I do not feel compelled to pay for a service that was not rendered.  The gutters were not cleaned.  He continues to call in my absence insisting that the bill he sent is legitimate for work he claims his staff completed, which they did not.  If these calls continue I would have to add harassment to my complaint.

Review: Said business (Marra Cleaning Inc. also doing business as All Aluminum Gutters, Michael J. Marra, Inc.) came onto my property, without authorization, contract or work order, and in my absence has claimed to have performed work (cleaning gutters and downspouts). When I returned to my home said business' team of workers were preparing to leave. When I asked the workers what they were doing on my property, they stated that they were sent to my home to clean the gutters and downspouts. I told the workers that I had not expected them nor had I authorized the work. Upon inspection of the premises, I found that the gutters were not cleaned and some of the downspouts had remained clogged. Before I could bring this to the attention of the work team, I found that they abruptly left my property, without leaving a bill, invoice, or work order for me to sign. Subsequent to this event I spoke to [redacted] and made it clear that I had not authorized the work nor had the work been completed to my satisfaction. I have since received a bill from Marra Cleaning Inc. in the amount of $92.33.Desired Settlement: No further contact by the business and I refuse to pay a bill for work that was not authorized or completed to my satisfaction.
