Michael Kalanish Plastering

Review: This plastering company came out to fix a problem area in our foyer. After the work dried and we painted it, we were not happy with the raised texture of the plaster compared to the rest of our walls. We called the employee, Brian, back to ask him to come back out to fix the job. We even offered to pay him to come back out for his time. We have called Brian eight times. He has promised to show up three times and has not. Each time this happens, I wait two days to see if he will call back. He does not call back. When I call him, he hangs up on me. This has happened twice. I need this area in my foyer fixed and I feel that we have waited a sufficient amount of time for this company to follow through with our requests. My desired outcome is for Brian, or perhaps, another more experienced plaster person to come out to fix this terrible eye sore right when you walk into my foyer.Desired Settlement: I want someone to come back out to fix the job. I DO NOT want to be hung up on or mistreated in anyway.
