I am sending a picture in from the damage. First of all I read the letter and his dates are not correct. *** was in the hospital when *** one of his co workers did this job, and it was done 5-23-2014, NOT in the winter 2-2014. I called this company and spoke with *** and told him what I was told was probably wrong with the chimney. I asked him if he needed to get into the house to see the chimney in my bedroom and he said no, there was no reason to. I was not sure how he could assess the situation without doing this, but he said he did not need to. I also told him that the chimney was repointned a couple of years ago. He came by in April of and then called me and told me that he know what the problem was and would be at my house to fix itI again asked him if I needed to be there in case he needed to get into my home and he said NO. I have alot of concerns about this now because it is starting to get worse and I have also filed a claim with his insurance company.. My concern now is that I hope this does not effect my living room because the chimney runs into my living room. My house is up for sale and now I have to deal with this. I would like this situation resolved, however, I DO NOT WANT THIS COMPANY TOUCHING ANYTHING ON MY PROPERTY, IT'S CLEAR THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING

[redacted] gave me a quote to repair my chimney two weeks ago. After accepting the quote we scheduled a time to sign the contract. After two attempts he has yet to show up to meet and sign. Not only that, but in both occasions he failed to call me to let me know he wasn't going to show up. Horrible way to run a business, I would not recommend his services to anyone.

Review: I hired this company to fix my chimney in may of 2014 and they came and fixed it. there was a leak in the chimney before they did this. I had a cap on the chimney and it was removed when they did the job. during the last several months my chimney has leaked and the ceiling is falling in. I called them to see if they could come back and see what the problem was and they said that there was no cap on the chimney. I explained that there was one before this job was done and they guy said that he got rid of it and did not replace it, it was not his job to do this. I know have about 2,000 dollars of damage in my bedroom. I spoke with him today and said that they would not fix it. IT WAS NOT THERE RESPONSIBILITY.Desired Settlement: I would like them to pay for the damages so I can hire someone that knows what they are doing. My house is on the market and now I cannot sale it for this reason.
