The online Michaek Kors site advertises products and after you purchase them they inform you they are out of stock but days later the product is still being advertised on their web site. They charge your credit card and then say they will refund the money. When you call them per Diamond a sales associate they say it is not false advertisement, it’s just not a live site and not updated often.

Review: I had one MK order, [redacted], for mom's gift. However, I did sent the email to ask for return 2 weeks ago because she doesn't like the color but haven't received response so far. And I just called customer service to ask for why. The answer is I can't return the sale items. It really doesn't make any sense to me even though I can't exchange for others.

Review: Im complaining because I ordered a product on December ** 2014 it was for Xmas..The next information I got was on December ** 2014.. There after that I received a tracking number and that was it.. I emailed a lady named amy and she emailed me back and said that my gift would be here by December **.. I never have received my package as of January * 2015.. I keep emailing her and all I get is tha same information check my tracking number but when I check it all it is telling me is that my package is still in China and no new information is there it's telling me its still in China as of December **.. I have tried and tried to just get my money back but when I say that she emails me and tells me they r still busy do to tha holidays but like I told her I just want my money back and I will be ok with that cause it has been almost 4 weeks since I ordered it.. I'm very upset and tired of waiting and I we feel like im getting tha run around.. I just want my money back and I will never order from them online again its very depressing about this I have been very patient with them I work for [redacted] so I can understand some stuff but as of now I just want my money back its tha same excuse everytime I email her I don't believe she is a real person just computer generated email so can someone please help me out I just want my money back thanks..Desired Settlement: I just want my money back to my account. .
