Revdex.com spoke with *** and he stated that he did go and meet with the consumer and he is waiting to hear back from as far as how they wish to proceed He also stated the following:
The work I was originally hired to do was completed While on the job site the customers were
requesting additional work to be done that wasn't part of the original proposal I got the call over the summer to take a look at the job The husband had already started the job and had rented an excavator, and he ended up burying trees on the property I went and spoke with him I did everything that they wanted done or so I thought As the work progressed, the husband would continue to come out and request additional trees be removed I have about $4,into the job in time and materials and that's what I was paid I believe that I completed as much as I could with the resources provided at this point

the work he was originally hired to do was never completedas soon as he received the final payment of $2,he never returned to complete the jobI submitted the proposal of vanpatten home improvements who was hired to finish the job for $in order to settle this case we need to have the final payment of $returned by mr***

I cut down probably about trees and cleaned up the mess that the homeowner had left with what he had started He had trees knocked down, half buried, etcthat I cleaned up I think there was an excavator in there that he had started working with, he broke his ankle and then they called meI had taken about 15,board feet of junk timber that he had in there from when he was excavatingThey told me what they wanted done and I did what they asked of meI had an excavator in there for about weeks and I feel that I did everything that was to be done with what they had paid me for I did go back and met with the wife and we came to an agreement that I would come back up and do more work, and would be paid additionally for that work I did not hear back from her and then received this complaint
