HiHe purchased a nice [redacted] from us with working condition passed Maryland Inspection, we have worked with him take care of his issue many times he still owes money for the balance of the contract, I don't mind working with him again as long as he bring the full balance that he owes We always work with our customers but we don't guarantee for the rest the life of the car, if he brings the full balance I don't mind working with him againthanks

First off, one repossession does not constitute to "many", and I stopped paying on balance after I did not receive the service promised? There was a balance of maybe $left; I'd already paid over half of what they asked for? I wasn't going to keep paying and not get the service promised? When Lux can agree to fixing the problems they promised, I will resume payment? I think that is fair? Otherwise, I do not have a problem with getting my attorney involved and spreading the word on ***? and other sites? I already know other ppl who are unhappy with their product Regards, [redacted] ?

Good MorningOn 10/15/Miss [redacted] came to our lot looking for a small car she said I don't have good credit if you can help we said no problem we love to help people who needs help on that day I contracted her for months and I also had her sign my docments (VEHICLE DELIVERY AGREEMENT) say the loan has not been finalized until we obtained financing from a third party bank, we have contacted her many many many times by calling here and texting saying that there has been a change to the contacted because the bank has not approved the loan for the interested of they are willing to do it at because of her credit, so what we did is to help her again by giving her $ off from the purchase price of the car we agree on everything we made arrangement to meet at Springfield VA to sign the new contracted but everything has changed because of her boy friend is giving the wrong informantion for her, after that we contacted her again and again she had my car for weeks she left no choice but get my car back by my repo companyAgain I will help her by not reporting the repo on her creditWith my understand I don't think that I did anything wrong here but just helping her I think she is getting used by her boy friend, she is very nice lady again I would love to help herThank AmanGM

On 01/09/*** *** came to our lot to purchase a car he fill our applaction and we pull his credit after review his credit and seen that he has not paid anyone but I still helped him to get in to a truck, there has been many repossession on his credit

Again I will help her by not reporting the repo on her credit..
