Review: I hired [redacted] to install a new oil tank, hot water heater and oil burner for my daughter's home. He only put in the oil tank and failed to complete or even start the rest of the work promised. He was paid a large amount of money in advance. My mistake.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a refund for the work he promised and did not do after many attempts at trying on my own to have him complete this work.

Review: I gave the contractor, Michael Vitale $9,500 to start a plumbing job on 6/**/2014. The total price for the job was $29,000. Finally in December, after many months of ignored phone calls, Michael Vitale finally called me back and decided to start the job. First he told me that he needed another $6,000 to start the job but I refused to pay him. The house I'm building is under complete renovation and is inhabitable. Over a 45 day span he only worked 7 days before leaving and not coming back. Since he left I've made numerous attempts to contact him but he keeps ignoring my calls. I just hired another contractor, he states that Michael Vitale only did approx $3,500 in work. I also found out that Michael Vitale is NOT a licensed contractor and the he provided fraudulent paper work.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the balance I gave him
