Review: I hired Mr. Leonard in 2008 for a worker's comp case (torn rotator cuff). The case was settled and Mr. Leonard received payments for his services in 2010. I received calls about unpaid medical bills in 2011. At that time I contacted Mr. Leonard and was told they were being taken care of. In 2010 I applied to refinance my property and found out the bills had not been paid. When Mr. Leonard was contacted again I was told that the case was closed and he would send me my file and I could find another lawyer.Desired Settlement: Refund of amounts paid to Mr. Leonard and my credit report repaired.
