I have been a valued customer for several years with Michael Levine Fabric Store in Los Angels, CA.
I placed an order March 24, 2020 in the amount of *** Two pieces of fabric and several yards of elastic. The above amount has been taken out of my checking account by this company and I have not received my merchandise as of this date of filing complaint June 8, 2020. I have called several times and left messages on answering machines. I have called their customer services line and still no response. If this company was going out of business, I was never told and I spoke with someone before making order to ensure merchandise would be delivered. Waiting for order that did not come, I called again and I have not been able to speak to anyone, but you can still leave messages. Please return my refund. How could you take from my checking account, knowing you would not honor my order? This is unexceptionable and this company has always been know for high standards. My name is *** from Tennessee.

Refund I have email from my bank showing Michael Levine Fabric Store has taken *** from my account. I just want my money back for merchandise I did not receive in their transactions of closing, but someone took the time to answer phone to say they were still in warehouse filling orders and took the order and money. After leaving several messages at XXX-XXX-XXXX and Customer Service XXX-XXX-XXXX, still no response.
