Review: Manbeck stated that he would paint the vehicle gray, it was Army green. Paint was not finish sanded and overspray was thruout the vehicle. He also took money to install shocks. He didnt install the shocks.I asked for the install money for the shocks to be returned. He has refused.That is all i'm asking.Desired Settlement: Return shock install money
