Michael Mancini Photography

I was married July 21st 2012 I contracted with Michael Mancini in September of 2011 and all of the appointments that we scheduled with him he was late for every single one. That should have been my first indication that I was making a bad choice. He was even late the day of my wedding and held up everything causing us to pay more for our reception space because the bridal party didn't show up until an hour after expected due to an unorganized picture session. After much back-and-forth and many empty promises here I am on my 5th anniversary and I still have not received many edited photos that were promised by him or the album. He made plenty of excuses and cited family problems and that he had to move to Florida (following bike shows) and that as a result he was going to double the pages in my album (paid for 20 but promised 40). Promises don't mean anything to him. Nothing was written or signed on that, but I would love to get the album that was paid for. Michael was a shady business man and unfortunately he knew what to tell any eager bride to get the money in his pocket with no intention of following through on anything other than empty promises. Still after 5 years I'm disappointed that I have very little to show other than unedited photos (except for a st filter that I told him I didn't like). I hope that a bride to be finds this and saves herself the frustration and disappointment.

Review: My wife and I contracted with Michael Mancini Photography for our wedding photos. Per the signed contract, we were owed the delivery of a wedding album 6 - 10 weeks from the wedding date. Our wedding date was 10/27/12 and to this date (6/13/13) we still have not received our wedding album. The contract also states that we are owed a $100 print credit that we have not received. I have tried contacting Michael Guerrero, owner of Michael Mancini Photography multiple times to resolve this issue and he has not returned any of my correspondence. I have tried calling and have left multiple voice mail messages; I have sent emails and I have sent him messages on Facebook.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the cost of the wedding album and photo credit refunded. I give them items an approximate value of $250. Total amount paid to Michael Mancini Photography for photography services per the contract was $1500.

Review: I booked [redacted] to photograph our wedding in August 2011. The wedding date was Oct 20 2012. He cancelled on me the last week of Sept. 2012 stating that he had "family issues/had to photograph his cousins wedding at that time when he actually lied and was at a motorcycle show taking pictures. While he did have someone take his spot that did a wonderful job (he never paid her to do so EVEN though we paid him to book her for us...) there are other concerns that almost 2 YEARS after we have been married have simply been dismissed by him entirely. We were promised over a span of 6 months we would get our pictures. When he finally sent a CD half of them were missing and NONE were edited. Thank God we have another photographer because we would have NO wedding pictures right now otherwise. Then we PAID for at least 1 album. Never received it. Then he promised VIA emails more albums to make up for the delay in giving us our pictures. Never received those either. THEN finally to top it all off, he completely blocked all contact between My mother, the other photographer and I. We paid a high price and received NOTHING from him. I feel bad because I know were not the only ones.Desired Settlement: To get 3 albums. That was promised VIA emails that we have saved. ONE is completely paid for.
