Review: On Wednesday, Aug. 27th, I paid $760 for dental services and only received $160 worth of dental services completed so requested $600 to be refunded. [redacted] took down my credit card # on Wednesday, Sept. 3rd to refund the $600 which has not been processed. After numerous phone calls requesting the status, I had to provide my credit card # again and the refund still has not been processed as advised.Desired Settlement: $600 to be refunded to my American Express card ending in 1002 immediately.

By the time we received your letter, the $600 owed to the customer had already been refunded.
In this particular case, the patient initially agreed to a treatment plan of $760, prepaid by credit card,
then later changed her mind and only wanted $160 of treatments. After performing the requested
treatments, the remaining balance of $600 was refunded back to her Amex ending in 1002.
We consider this matter resolved.
