Please see the attached response Dear Revdex.com Representative: We are in receipt of the follcomplaint from [redacted] ***We appreciate the customers desire to have his concerns addressed to his satisfactionPlease understand that the letter Mr [redacted] provided with his complaint does not state that the *** [redacted] County Sheriff’s Department is accepting the case, it is simply a letter from the [redacted] County Sheriff’s Department to the [redacted] County Sheriff’s Department stating that Mr*** would be better served if they investigate as the suspect lives in [redacted] County’s jurisdictionUpon receipt of Mr***’s follcomplaint we have called out to the [redacted] County Sheriff’s Department and found that they have not yet accepted the case or found any reason to believe that fraud was committedThe Sheriff’s department advised upon receiving the letter from the [redacted] County Sheriff’s Department that, as a favor to them they attempted to reach the alleged suspect, however they were unsuccessfulThey would need to speak to the suspect in order to determine whether or not they believe fraud was committedUntil they do so this will be deemed a civil matterAgain, in order for DFS to accept the fraud claim we must receive a police report from the [redacted] County Sheriff’s Department stating that they are accepting the caseUnless [redacted] County accepts the case DFS will not be able to accept the fraud claim, and this matter will remain a civil one and Mr [redacted] will remain liable for the DPA balanceWe hope this letter further explains our position in this matterPlease do not hesitate to contact us should the Revdex.com or the customer need further clarificationSincerely, [redacted] Executive Services Dell Financial Services

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Just because your negligent sales representative put in his notes that he advised me of all of this to get the sale does not mean this is how the product was presented to meI am extremely disasitisfied with thisI have already paid for the laptop in fullWho in their right mind would sign up for a service like this? I refuse to pay 5000$ for a 2400$ laptop which was already over priced in itselfYour blaming me for the double charges is also pretty abrasiveYour double charges were always on different dates for varying amounts and I was never sent any correspondence about theseYou had my email, phone number, and addressSurely your faulty mail system isn't your only way of contacting people in this day and ageThis needs to be rectified so I can move on with my life and be done with DellYou guys are literally the worst company I've ever dealt withPlease come back to me with better proof than your "customer service" reps notes - maybe a recording of me accepting these terms since you definitely have nothing tangible stating I wanted to be paying for a laptop for years of my life Regards, [redacted]
