these on going issues. [redacted] who is the attorney for Michael Moser Development did come by with the contractor [redacted] to look at things that need to be addressed from several previous walk throughs. I can't agree to anything until they prove otherwise. It's just been all talk and no real thorough action. I'm tired and beyond frustrated.
Thanks for your call. As we discussed a moment ago, in the time since [redacted]’s email below, our contractor has followed up by returning to the home and completing several repairs. I made sure that [redacted] received the touch up paint she wants and discussed her doorbell concern with the manufacturer.I believe the only work remaining are two items relating to her downstairs bathroom. We are working to complete these.
