Michael Motors sold this car in February and at the time the fuel gage did not work properly and we agreed to repair at no cost, that is the only repair we agreed to fix otherwise the car was sold with no warrantyIt just came back to or dealership for the repair last week five months later and was completed and returned to the customerAt no time did we ever interfere with any of the cooling system or do anything that would cause the car to overheatWe would be glad to diagnose the car at no cost for him but he would have to bring the car to our locationI would suggest that if he does not how to work on a car he should take it to a certified mechanic so more damage will not occurAgain I would like to point out that he has had the car for months and if the car had a problem when he purchased it we would have repaired it at that timeIf you should need any further information please do not hesitate to contact us Thank you [redacted] Michael Motors Ltd

I have spoken to Mr*** thru a 3rd party since his first language is Spanish and it was much easier for him to understand what we said during the conversationAs I explained to Mr*** I have ran a car fax report on the car and it does not show me any discrepancyI also contacted the sales
company that I bought the car from and they also show no issue with the milesI have place calls to the auction that Mr*** found the pictures of what he says is his car and they could not tell me that if the pictures they show are his car because they said that they could have from to of the same type fleet white cargo vans at anytime to sell so they could not be sure if the pictures are of that particular carI can provide you with the documents that I have that show that the miles are true and correct if neededplease let me know if I can be anymore assistance. Ms. [redacted] purchased her Hyundai for Michael motors and at the time of sale it was explained to Ms. [redacted] that she is buying a $2500.00 car it will sold be AS-IS and will need repairs and some maintenance. The documents that she signed also explained the there is no warranty. When Ms. [redacted] returned...

the next day we agreed to repair the car at no cost to her since it was 24hours, we did the repair to the speed sensor and she left, the next day she returned with the same condition and we had to replace the defective part we had just installed and she took her car and left. Ms. [redacted] did return 3 to 4 weeks later with a steering problem and after we inspected the car it was discovered that she had hit something like a curb or large pot hole and had bent the lower control are on her car, we explained this information to her and gave her a price of $250.00to do the repair but she said no and decided to take her car. As Ms. [redacted] explains in the complaint that she took her car to a Hyundai dealer and they did the same repair for her at a cost of nearly $900.00. When Ms. [redacted] went to the dealer she told the service writer that is the way she purchased the car and never said that she had a accident. I agree that after she did the damage to the control arms that she should have not been driving the car, we cannot be responsible for how the vehicle is driven or if there is physical damage to her car. If Ms. [redacted] would like any repairs done to her car now or at anytime in the future at our dealer cost we would be willing to work with her and thus will save her a great deal of money. communication with me or the staff about the car. That said she is more then welcome to contact Miguel the store Mgr. and we can try to help with the cost of the repair since we do have our own shop and can buy parts at wholesale. Please have her contact us at ###-###-####

When this car was purchessed the customer was explained that the car is sold AS-IS unless they purchesed a warranty, the declined. responcabilty to take care of all repairs and maintenence that comes with the purcheses of any car. Michael Motors would free of charge inspect the car and do the repair at a reduced rate if they choose to bring it to our dealership. We do not take the word of other repair shops when it comes to what needs to be done to make the drivable or repared. As anyone if you do not make payments on a finaced item you will not be able to keep it, this also extends to a auto purchese.
