[redacted] with Mobili Farm Tables reached out to me on August 24th and tried to make more excuses for why it took months to finish a table he said he was "almost finished" with on May 21st.I reminded of the Revdex.com complaint request for delivery or pickup AND a $discount/refund and he stated he didn't have the money and he would start charging a storage fee every dayI advised again that I would only accept the deal offered in the official complaint.After the phone call he texted me asking if the address was correctI verified and asked what his plan was for delivery and he never responded.He did deliver the kitchen Island later that day although he never responded to my inquiry and the table although nice is not exactly as we agreed for design.He did not refund the $requested or offer anything to attempt to rectify the situation and the fact that he had our money for so many months and the fact that he continually time after time after time broke his promises of what the timeframe would be and kept making excuses for why it wasn't done and the fact he did not respond multiple times for several days or even a couple of weeks when we tried to reach out to him.I am keeping the complaint open as I'm awaiting his response concerning the partial refund requested and have not seen that yet.I will continue to update with any new events in this timeline.Thanks!***Sent from my iPhone

I am wanting to respond to complaint but cant see the complaint like beforeThe short answer is that the compliant from *** stems from his *** to his *** and the gift of having a custom Island built is no longer needed since he says she is filing for a divorceHowever after I notified *** that I had special ordered the material and that a refund was not an optionAfter several exchanges from *** aggressive and slanderous in nature it has been awfulI need to see the complaint in order to give my accountsince the complaint I reach out to *** because the Island had all ready been built prior to the complaint and this was ridiculousJust like I suspected its all about spite and slander and I ask him where can I deliver Island at no charge and he hung up on meSo I looked at complaint address and text him that I was delivering to that address and when I got there his smiling *** and three little children were so happy to have the Island.So I brought it in she love it!! and that was very gratifying for me because thats what really matters.She was very nice
